PURPOSE: To simplify the configuration of an alarm controller. CONSTITUTION: An alarm signal 100 outputted respectively from N sets of monitored devices 1-1-1-N outputting an alarm signal is given to a shift register 7, in which the signal is converted into serial data. The serial data after conversion are sent to a monitor controller 5. When an alarm signal is outputted from at least one of the monitored devices 1-1-1-N, the monitor controller is interrupted to generate the alarm signal. Thus, since the alarm signal from each of the monitored devices 1-1-1-N is sent to the monitor controller 5 as serial data, one signal line is enough regardless of the monitored devices 1-1-1-N to simplify the configuration of the monitor controller. |
