A holding pin can be inserted through the eyelet parts. In the middle of each strap loop there is a recess extending in the longitudinal direction of the strap, in which the eyelet part can be inserted. Within each strap loop (4) a holding body (6) is fixed. The holding body in the area of the recess (5) of the strap loop has a corresponding recess (8) for the engagement of the eyelet part. The holding pin (10) at its one end has a screw thread, with which it can be screwed into the nut thread (11) of the holding body. The holding body on the one side of its recess has the nut thread and on the other side a coaxial bore (23), the dia. of which is greater than the OD of the thread.
