This patent describes compounds with a general formula according to (I), where R1 is an alkyl group containing 1 up to 4 carbon atoms. The symbol called (X-Y)= means the group related to the formula CH2=, alkylthio-CH= or alkyl-ON=, R2 represents hydrogen atom, the group of alkyl, halogenalkyl, cycloalkyl, alkenyl, alkynil, halogenalkyl, alkyloxymethyl, alkylthiomethyl, alkylsulphonyl, the above mentioned symbol also can be considered as the group of alkooxy-, alkyltio or cyano-, the symbol called R3 means, we are talking about the group of alkyl, arylalkyl, heteroarylakyl, alkenyl, arylalkenyl, aryloxylalkyl, hetoaryloxylalkyl, heteroraylalkenyl, alkenyl, arylalkenyl, aryloxylalkyl, heteroaryloxylaklyl, heteroarylalkenyl, cykloalkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, alkanyl, aryl or heteroaryl, however each of the above mentioned aryl- or heteroarylgroup can be substituted, while aryl group can be represented by fenyl or naphtyl and the mentioned heteroaryl group can be represented by tienyl, pyridil, fury or benzofuryl, it is also possible, that the groups called R2 and R3 together with carbon atom which they are bound, to create the substituted saturated or unsaturated ring containing four up to seven elements, this ring can contain an oxygen or sulphur atom and/or nitrogen atom, where the saturated or unsaturated benzene ring can be connected (based on the condensation). This patent also contains a description of the production related to the above mentioned compounds, together with fungicides containing the such compounds as the active substances. These compounds can be applied to reduce an appearance of mushrooms in the agriculture, gardening and in the case of the wood protection.
