PURPOSE: A device for securing a visual field of a manipulator's seat is provided to secure a visual field needed in a crane work, irrespective of loaded freights or adjacent obstacles on the crane work to load or unload the freight. CONSTITUTION: A manipulation panel(3) is combined with a manipulator's seat(2) on both ends of a frame of the manipulator's seat and is supplied to the upper part of a column unit(1). Herein, a manipulation unit including the manipulation panel(3), the manipulator' seat and seat frame is elevated vertically by a hydraulic and a pneumatic pressure cylinder(5) supplied to the column unit so that freights can be loaded and unloaded regardless of the freight of a load case(10) and an adjacent obstacle by securing the visual field of a rear and a front side.
