PURPOSE: To provide an information processing device which can improve the activity ratio of bins in a mail box sorter. CONSTITUTION: When the number of a storage parts designated by a storage part designation instruction or the number of sorting parts is more than that of empty storage parts (S21), offset sorting which sorts outputted paper by changing its stacking position is performed in the identical storage part. When the number of the storage parts designated or the number of sorting parts is less than that of empty storage parts, bins are allocated according to the position of bins designated with the storage part designation instruction or the number of sorting parts as normal sorting (S22). |
