According to the present invention, an electronic controller for partial communication networking includes: a transceiver that includes a communication protocol decoder, which detects a wakeup message from a communication data frame, and a voltage regulator controlling part, which controls operation of a voltage regulator by comparing data for indicating a vehicle state with data related to a condition for activating an electronic controller; the voltage regulator which generates voltages for driving a MICOM; and the MICOM which generates vehicle control data corresponding to the communication data frame by using voltages output from the voltage regulator. |
