PURPOSE: To relieve long waiting time and enable the selection of an elevator of good operating efficiency by computing the evaluation value of reexamination for reassignment from a trafffic flow mode and the past waiting time distribution or congestion distribution, and reassigning landing calls with the bad evaluation vlaue or requesting reexamination for reassignment. CONSTITUTION: A program SF30 has a past learning data table SF31, learns the congestion distribution and waiting time distribution and prepares the judgment value of reassignment. The program SF30 therefore receives and learns elevator operating state data prepared by a control program SF10, computes the evaluation value for judging reassigned request landing calls, on the basis of the learned data, and stores this evaluation value in a reassignment control table SF14. A communication program SF20 changes and sets a rule parameter table SF15 including reassignment rules and parameters, according to a signal received as input information from a setting tool through a transmission line L6. |
