PURPOSE: To enable lining to be carried out over a long distance without being limited by the diameter of a lining pipe and pipe manufacturing distance by placing a joining mechanism portion which is mounted via a mounting frame and holds a new strip member in a closing position between an existing pipe and the strip member. CONSTITUTION: This device S for lining the inside of a sewer pipe P is a pipe manufacturing device which adds a lining pipe R in front of another already formed lining pipe R using a newly supplied strip member 100. A circular mounting frame 1 having the required width and retaining rigidity is placed inside the lining pipe R, and a plurality of guide rollers 2 which abut to the inner surface of the lining pipe R are arranged at predetermined circumferential intervals on the outer periphery of the frame 1. A joining mechanism portion 5, placed in a closing position between the already formed lining pipe R and the newly supplied strip member 100 and consisting of inner and outer surface rollers 4, 3 sandwiching the strip member 100, is mounted via the mounting frame 1.
