The apparatus checks periodically the operation states of the parking facility, and indicates the operation states or the abnormal states and correspondent causes in the case of the occurrence of the abnormalities. The apparatus comprises: a controller(11) controlling the overall operation of the parking facility, checking periodically the operation states and the existence of the abnormal states and generating the coded data correspondent to the checked results; a read only memory(14) storing the information on the operation states, and the abnormal states and causes; a microcontroller(14), installed between the ROM(14) and the controller(11), executing the program on the ROM correspondent to the coded data received from the controller(11); a level adjustor(12) adjusting the level of the coded data; a LCD(15) displaying characters correspondent to the coded data.
