The packaging (1) with a detachable coupon (2) is constituted from a band of synthetic material shaped by folding or welding its successive edges into an upper part (3) and a carrying handle (4). In its upper face is a cut-out forming an opening (5) extending partially on its side faces. The detachable coupon is fixed near the cut-out edges and is made tamper proof by a film (6) covering all of and connected to the edges of the upper part. The coupon is fixed to the cut-out edges by a thermally melted glue point (21) and has a tear off line extending along the cut-out. The tamper proof film contains an advertising message.
