<p>The unit, for dispensing required lengths of chain, cord, cable or similar products, consists of a stand with a series of horizontal rods (41), parallel to one another and spaced at regular intervals on a vertical panel (1) to which they are joined. Each rod carries a reel (42) held in place by a flange (5) which can be fixed to the rod and to the reel, allowing the latter to be rotated by a handle (54) attached to the flange. Each rod has a groove (47) close to its free end and with a width slightly greater than the thickness of the flange, and each handle is connected to the outside of a flange by an element fitting to the flange edge. At the top of the panel there is an inclined surface (30) with labels (31) giving details of the products on sale and an edge with graduated markings for measuring lengths.</p> |
