PURPOSE: To simplify operation and reduce operation time when a guide part is moved in accordance with the change of the width of a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A right guide part 2 of a pair of counterposed guide parts 2 on a base not illustrated is movable in the opposing direction. Lifting plates 9 are mounted under the pair of guide parts 2 respectively movably in the vertical direction, and 6 supporting parts 9b are formed alternately on the opposing side surfaces of the lifting plates 9 respectively so that they extend toward the opposite lifting plate 9. Because the supporting parts 9b of the pair of the lifting plates 9 are formed such that they fit into the gaps G between the supporting parts of the opposite lifting plate, when the width between the guide parts 2 is changed in accordance with the width of a substrate 1, the widths between the guide parts 2 and between the lifting plates 9 can be changed by only moving the right guide part 2. |
