PURPOSE: To support a molded product by a lead frame while facilitating post- treatment by providing the protruding support part supporting the molded product to the frame part of a lead frame and setting the length of the support part so as to embed the leading end thereof in the side surface of the molded product by the min. length supporting the molded product. CONSTITUTION: The lead 5 of a lead frame 1 is embedded in a molded product M at the front thereof and the support part 6 protruding from an auxiliary frame 4 is extremely slightly embedded in the side surface of the molded product M at the leading end part thereof in a degree capable of supporting the molded product M. The lead 5 is cut at a predetermined position and, if necessary, the post-treatment such as the bending processing of the lead 5 is further performed in the next process. At this time, since the molded product M is held at a predetermined position by the support part 6, the lead frame 1 functions as the carrier holding the molded product M to move the same. Continuously, the support part 6 is detached from the molded product M by fixing the lead frame 1 to push the same from above or pushing the support part 6 to bend the same. |
