PURPOSE: To abolish a high-temperature differential-pressure control valve by restricting the differential pressure between the internal pressure of a containment vessel and the cathode or anode. CONSTITUTION: A turbine supply line 19 is provided with a bypass line 40 having a revolution control valve 42 which controls the number of revolution of a turbine by controlling the flow rates of cathode exhaust gases 7a, 7b, 7c to the turbine. The valve 42 is provided with a control device which controls the opening of the valve 42 to the extent that when a fuel-cell generating system is stopped the rotation speed of a turbine drive compressor 36 does not reach critical speed. |
