FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves collecting peripheral blood samples, producing mononuclear cells suspension, its dividing into two equal portions. Mononuclear cells culturing without suppressor activation agents is used. Mononuclear cells culturing with suppressor activation agents - TBG - being applied, mononuclear cells washed out from the culturing medium and proliferation blockade is applied. Freshly separated healthy donor mononuclear cells are added to each portion of sampled mononuclear cells. Stimulated antibodies are used to produce test cultures. Culturing is carried out followed by proliferation estimation and suppression value determining based on test culture proliferation levels ratio. EFFECT: cheaper diagnosis method.
