ANTI-TPO MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY

A monoclonal antibody against human thrombopoietins (TPO); a method of purifying TPO by isolating TPO from TPO-containing substances by affinity chromatography using the antibody; and methods of immunochemically quantifying and detecting TPO by using the antibody. The use of the anti-TPO monoclonal antibody enables various human TPO molecules to be purified, detected and quantified.
