PURPOSE: To provide a service selection method/system which can improve the service selection efficiency of users. CONSTITUTION: The service selection method/device include a service history recording means 10 which records the service histories of users, an application frequency calculation means 20 which calculates the application frequency of each user based on the service histories, a presentation means 30 which presents the services to the users in the order of higher application frequency calculated by the means 20, a selection means 40 which selects the services presented by the means 30 and transmits a selection signal, and a receiving device 70 which presents the service based on the selection signal received from the means 40.
