<p>A method for assigning a sub channel in a communication system using an OFDMA(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access) scheme is provided to prevent a performance of the system from being deteriorated due to a band AMC(Adaptive Modulation Coding) sub-channel collision by allocating a band AMC sub-channel to minimize a collision between cells or sectors in the mobile communication system using the OFDMA scheme. A method for assigning a sub channel in a communication system using an OFDMA scheme includes the steps of: dividing a predetermined time section in a time domain into a band AMC sub-channel region and a diversity sub-channel region for a plurality of cells or a plurality of sectors; and controlling to allocate a band AMC sub-channel in a predetermined frequency domain of a total frequency band which is used in the OFDMA scheme in the band AMC sub-channel region. The step of controlling to allocate the band AMC sub-channel in the predetermined frequency domain of the total frequency band in the band AMC sub-channel region differently controls the predetermined frequency domain to allocate the band AMC sub-channel of the plurality of cells or the plurality of sectors.</p> |
