PURPOSE: To perform a normal display without a misoperation/malfunction by judging the normality of the operation of the terminal within a prescribed time as the presence or absence of notification data to an information center. CONSTITUTION: An information center 30 is provided with a data collector 31 collecting notification data together with notification time, a judging device 32 judging as to whether notification data from a pertinent terminal exists within a prescribed time or not, and an alarm generator 33 generating an alarm when it is judged that notification data does not exist. The collector 31 provided on the information center 30 collects the notification data from the terminal to the information center together with notifying time. Further, the judging device 32 judges the existence of the notification data up to the same time after one day from the set time such as 11:00 a.m. of the previous day, for instance, as the time when the notification data is notified to the information center 30. If notification data exists once, it is judged to be normal. But, when the data never exists, the state is regarded as the generation of an abnormal state and the alarm generator 33 generates the alarm. |
