The car muffler includes a means for increasing an exhaust resistance value when an exhaust pressure is lowered and reducing the exhaust resistance value when the exhaust pressure is high. The muffler comprises: a muffler a sleeve with open ends in both sides; an air pocket for partitioning inner space of the sleeve; and a number of penetrating holes disposed in a predetermined interval longitudinally. The muffler provides optimal exhaust efficiency and output by adjusting exhaust pressure according to the rotating speed of the autocar or the engine.
