PURPOSE: To provide a work flow system where such trouble of work flow application that the work flow application is late for closing, is preliminarily forecasted to take a countermeasure of the change of the definition or the priority of the work flow application or the like. CONSTITUTION: A work flow evaluating and forecasting means 5 acquires the definition of the condition of the work flow application, the operation condition of the work flow application, and personal information of each person in charge of work such as his work problems and restrictions on his time of the work flow application from a work crow definition means 1, a work flow operation and management means 2, and a personal information management means 3 respectively to forecast the progress condition of the work flow. Since the future progress of the work flow application is forecasted, the trouble that the work flow application is late for closing or the like is preliminarily found to take a countermeasure in the early stage. |
