PURPOSE: To provide a camera capable of executing photometry and range- finding operations, without requiring the half depressing operation of a release button. CONSTITUTION: This camera is provided with a releasing means for executing a releasing operation, a camera information setting means for executing the setting operation of camera information including at least information of photometry and range-finding, a control means for operating the camera information setting means and the releasing means in accordance with a prescribed procedure, a first operating member 2 operating the control means and a second operating member 3 outputting an instructing signal for instructing the control means to operate the releasing means or not. When the second operating member 3 is placed on an OFF side, only the range-finding and photometry operations are executed even if the release button is forcibly depressed into the starting position of a release, without stopping in the positions of the range- finding and photometry operations. |
