PURPOSE: To utilize energy from the standpoint of both the user and supplier of the energy efficiently by combining three kinds of power sources, namely, the commercial power supply system, solar power generation and a generator using fuel, and using the power sources. CONSTITUTION: If power load 15 < the sum of the amount of power generation in a and the minimum amount of power generation in a generator using fuel (generator) 3, and power load 15 <= the amount of power generation in the solar power generator 1, the power of the solar power generator 1 is supplied into the power load 15, and the dump power is made to reversely flow into a commercial power source 9. If power load 15 < the sum of the amount of power generation in the solar power generator 1 and the minimum amount of power generation in the generator 3, and the amount of power generation in solar power generator 1 < power load 15 < the sum of the amount of power generation of solar power generator 1 and the minimum amount of power generation in the generator 3, the powers of the solar power generator 1 and the commercial power source 9 are supplied into the power load 15.
