<p>PURPOSE: To prevent the difference between characters and graphics of a printed matter by designating the link information of printing data corresponding to a printing object, retrieving the link information and the data for printing corresponding to the designated printing object, and outputting them. CONSTITUTION: When the respective printing data are inputted to a computer 2, they are stored in a main storage device 2b in reference to retrieval conditions including article numbers, input file name and icon image and an arithmetic unit 2a registers the respective printing data on a relational data base as objects. When retrieving these data for printing, the arithmetic unit 2a retrieves the article number of merchandise matched with the designated retrieval conditions, and the retrieved result is displayed on a display device 5 together with the corresponding icon image. When any one of displayed article numbers is designated, the arithmetic unit 2a retrieves a link ID stored corresponding to this article number and displays the retrieved result, When one of these link ID is designated, the printing data stored while relating it to the correspondent link information are retrieved and displayed.</p> |
