PURPOSE: To obtain a composition not containing any harmful surfactant, thereby not producing harmful gas, free from occurrence of dioxane due to natural disruption, environmental disruption, ozone layer depletion and pollution of ground water, fire, carcinogenic substance, respiratory disorder, dermatopathy, etc. CONSTITUTION: This defatting, releasing and decomposing solution composition comprises natural gibberellin, xylan, xylose, entkaurane, sodium pantothenate, sodium erythorbate, sodium chondroitin sulfate, uronic acid, salicylic acid,β- thujaplicin, pure water, dimethyl carbonate, phosphone. Furthermore, when the solution not containing a methylating agent is dropwise applied to skin or 20cc of the solution is added to stainless bathtub, skin becomes smooth and stain, ephelis and acne are removed and example capable of preventing dermatitis is reported and effect on atopic dermatitis is confirmed and removal of scale in the bathtub is confirmed as the secondary effect.
