PURPOSE: To provide a cement extrusion molding method improved in the bulk density and the shape keeping property of a wet molded product obtained by extruding through a die, and easily giving a dry molded product superior in flexible strength. CONSTITUTION: When a composition consisting of cement, aggregate, an additive such as fiber and water is molded by extrusion, 0.4-2.0wt.% of a hydroxy propylmethyl cellulose, which has molar substitution degree of 1.5-2.0, the molar ratio of methoxy group to hydroxypropoxy group of 4.5-6.0, and the viscosity of 0.1% aqueous solution is 900-1000 and contains 35-40wt.% of those having particle size of <=50μm, is preliminarily mixed to mortar. |
