PURPOSE: To obtain an LED array which does not lower a yield, which does not lower the uniformity of a luminous intensity and which can increase the luminous intensity. CONSTITUTION: An LED array is constituted of a semiconductor substrate 1, of a plurality of light-emitting parts 2 to which impurities are diffused and which are arranged in a row on the surface of the substrate, of a diffusion stop film 6 which stops the diffusion of an impurity element in a region other than the light-emitting parts and of an electrode 3 which is formed so as to cover the respective light-emitting parts partly. The diffusion stop film 6 for the LED array is formed so as to cover the respective light-emitting parts 2 partly. |
