PURPOSE: To properly guide an automated guiding vehicle and eliminate variance in a stop position of the automated guiding vehicle by composing a guide path of an iron plate placed on a floor surface and a magnetic tape put on the iron plate. CONSTITUTION: The magnetic tape 2 is provided on the floor surface 1 across the iron plate 3. The iron plate 3 is stuck on the floor surface 1 and the magnetic tape 2 is also stuck on the iron plate 3. The double structure of those iron plate 3 and magnetic tape 2 is used as either the guide path or a mark plate. A line (a) indicating a range wherein a sensor detects a magnetic force and a line (b) showing a range wherein the sensor does not detect the magnetic force extend linearly and perpendicularly upward from both the flanks of the magnetic tape 2. This results from that the magnetic force above the magnetic tape 2 becomes intense since the iron plate 3 is arranged below the magnetic tape 2 as the N-pole or S-pole side of the magnetic tape 2. Therefore, the structure is used as the guide path to reduce the detection error of the guide sensor, thereby improving the guide precision. |
