PURPOSE: To obtain an inverter device the external shape of which can be selected freely and the size of which can be easily reduced even when a capacitor with large-capacitance and for main circuit is used. CONSTITUTION: An inverter device is constituted by providing a spacer member 5 and fitting main-circuit electrolytic capacitor holder sections 12 respectively holding main-circuit electrolytic capacitors 6 to both sides of the member 5, and then, connecting the capacitors 6 to a power source-side DC terminal block 2a though electric wires 15. Therefore, the height of the main body of the inverter device can be reduced, because the capacitors are taken out from the main body and fitted to the side faces of the member 5. |
