PURPOSE: To reduce induction noise for an output of 2-track surface acoustic wave convolver entering a bonding wire. CONSTITUTION: A surface acoustic wave convolver is provided with two output electrodes 131, 132 in common use for a guide path provided on a piezoelectric substrate 102 and input electrodes 121, 123, 122, 124 provided respectively on both sides of the two output electrodes and the one of the input electrodes excites a surface acoustic wave in phase and the other excites it in an opposite phase. Bonding wires 141, 142 connected to bonding pads 117, 118 provided to obtain output signals from the two output electrodes 131, 132 have nearly the equal length and arranged almost in parallel. |
