摘要 An optical sensor and display device are provided to reduce the parasitic capacitance of the neighboring of the photoactive layer and to generate the photo current of the intended size through the photoactive layer. The optical sensor comprises the control electrode(22), and the insulating layer(23) and the semiconductor film(24). The control electrode is arranged on the substrate(21). The insulating layer is arranged in the top of the substrate in order to cover the substrate electrode. The semiconductor film is arranged on the insulating layer. The semiconductor film is overlapped with the control electrode. The semiconductor film has the photoactive layer(25) and electrode regions(26, 27). The photoactive layer is positioned between electrode regions. One selected between electrode regions is overlapped with one side of the control electrode. One electrode region has the same shape as the photoactive layer. The rest electrode region is overlapped with the rest side of the control electrode. The rest electrode region has the photoactive layer and the other shape. The display device comprises optical sensors and pixel elements.
