PURPOSE: To provide a laminate-peelable bottle in which the inner layer can be easily peeled off and the outer layer can be securely prevented from deforming and also water does not penetrate from the pinch-off part and also provide a drilling tool used for the efficient production and a heatseal device at the pinch-off opening, and further a pouring pump by which the inside liquid can be efficiently poured out of the laminate bottle so that the residual contents are not left inside. CONSTITUTION: An atmosphere-introducing hole 6 is made at the mouth opening 5 of the laminate peelable bottle 1 composed of the inner and outer layers 3, 2 which can be peeled off from each other, by a drill 13 of which front end is flat at the middle thereof and spherically protruded and in which a blade is formed at the peripheral edge. And the pinch-off opening of the outer layer is heat-sealed by a heat-seal device in which a groove is longitudinally formed at the heat head face. Air is blown in between the inner and outer layers before the heat-sealing to peel off from each other. And also air is blown into the inner layer before and after the heat-sealing to restore the inner layer for easy peeling-off. Subsequently to the peeling-off processing, the pin hole inspection of the inner layer and the bottom seal inspection can be integrated in the process.
