3-phenylisoquinol-1(2H)-one derivatives, their preparation and their therapeutic application

Isoquinolinone derivs. of formula (I) are new. In (I), X is H, halo, CF3, 1-3C alkyl or one or two 1-3C alkoxy; Y is H, halo or 1-3C alkyl or alkoxy; R1 is 1-4C alkyl; R is OH, OMe, OEt or NR2R3; and R2 and R3 are H or 1-4C alkyl.
