The present invention relates to kimchi seasoning ingredients using perilla seed oil, and a method for preparing kimchi using the same and, more particularly, to kimchi seasoning ingredients including one or more spiceries selected from chili powder, garlic, ginger, green onion, onion, glutinous rice paste, sugar, and salted seafood; and one or more types of supplementary materials selectively selected from leek, radish slices, pear, citron slices, and persimmon slices, with respect to 100 parts by weight of kimchi seasoning ingredients. 0.1-30 parts by weight of perilla seed oil is added to the kimchi seasoning ingredients. |
