PURPOSE: To stabilize performance and quality by enabling mass production with high yield. CONSTITUTION: A connection pin 18 is formed integrally from, a supporting shaft part 19, a leg shaft part 20 in the shape of a hollow shaft, a restraint part 21 of a large-diameter flange shape and a pin part 22 for plug connection, and the supporting shaft part 19 is press-inserted into a inserting hole 15 formed in a main body 14 of a connector at a prescribed arranging interval. Further, when a forming jig 31 is strongly pressed from the rear side of a board 11 while being matched with the leg shaft part 20 protruded on the rear side of the main body 14 in the state of inserting and positioning the leg shaft part 20 into a through hole 13 of the board 11, an engage part 23 whose top end part is expanded is obtained to be engaged with a pattern line 12 in an appropriate conducting state, and the main body 14 and the board 11 are strongly calked and coupled with each other by this engage part 23 and the restraint part 21. |
