PURPOSE: To lessen the capacity of a memory which stores a waveform of reference current and thereby simplify a circuit configuration and also improve a responsibility of a control system. CONSTITUTION: A waveform data for one phase is stored in a memory 49. A read-out address MA07 of the memory 49 is let to correspond to a rotation angle and a compensation value CPS which is different from phase to phase is added to the address MA07 and three kinds of waveform signals 54 which are different in phase are generated. According to a counting value CNT of a counter 44, operation is switched and signals of three different phases are generated sequentially. The generated signals are stored in latches 4D, 4E and are outputted simultaneously. |
