<p>PURPOSE: To make high speed after-processing possible even in after-processing a small number of sheets by sending a plurality of successive sheets continuously delivered at high speed from an image forming device to a processing unit after temporarily accumulating sheets during after-processing of the preceding sheets. CONSTITUTION: The end part of an elastic piece describes a circular orbit by the rotation of a conveyance auxiliary rotational member 204. The closest distance (gap) between the circular orbit and the sheet loaded surface of an intermediate stacker 210 is designed to be smaller than the maximum thickness of the sheet bundles loaded and stored on the intermediate stacker 210. In other words, when the number of sheet P loaded on the intermediate stacker 210 is small, the sheet P conveyed from a second conveyance passage 201 through a conveyance roller pair 202 moves backward on the intermediate stacker 210 and facilely slips down on the sheet bundle by the inclination of the intermediate stacker 210 and the tare weight of the sheet P.
