PURPOSE: To provide an extrusion apparatus capable of changing the die diameter in a short time, free from the problems of the hardening of the raw material in the extruder, agglutination of the material to a screw or a barrel and the failure in operation and wasting little raw material. CONSTITUTION: This extrusion apparatus is provided with a die mounted in a die plate and having a die hole part protruding outward from the die plate and restricting the die diameter. The die hole part is made to be exchangeable from outside. The die is composed of a die main body having a male screw at the tip part protruding outward from the die plate and a die hole part fixable by the male screw. Accordingly, the diameter of the die can be changed during operation without stopping the operation. |
