PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor which can obtain memory resistance even when repeatedly used for a long period of time.SOLUTION: In an electrophotographic photoreceptor in which has an intermediate layer, a charge generating layer, a charge transporting layer and a protective layer are laminated on a conductive support in this order, the protective layer contains metal oxide fine particles and a charge transporting substance in a curable resin obtained by polymerization reaction of a crosslinkable polymerizable compound, the charge generating layer contains a phthalocyanine compound and a condensed polycyclic compound, and the intermediate layer contains rutile type titanium oxide particles which are surface-treated with a surface treating agent formed of an organic compound.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
