The plastics panels for road signs have an external casing (1) made of plastics which is partitioned internally by walls (2). The walls form compartments which are filled or injected with an expanded composite foam (3). The outer plastics casing is coloured and may have various geometric shapes. The inner walls are made of the same material as the outer casing. The type of expanded composite foam is chosen according to the mechanical performance which is required. |
