FIELD: rolled stock production. SUBSTANCE: rack-type walking cooler for rolled stock includes alternatively mounted stationary racks 1 and movable racks 2, drive mechanism of movable rack 2 in the form of drive shaft 3 supporting pairs of eccentrics 4,5, turned one relative to another by 90 degrees and having outer bandages 6,7 embracing bearing units and rotary Г-shaped levers 9 with supporting rollers 10. Lower arms of Г-shaped levers 9 are joined with bandages 7 of eccentrics 5 by tie rods 11. Bandages 6 of eccentrics 4 are rigidly connected with ends of movable racks 2. Other ends of movable racks 2 rest upon supporting rollers 10. Drive shaft 3 is mounted in bearings 12, placed in casings, secured to frame 14. Counterweights 15 are provided for lowering power of drive mechanism. End of drive shaft 3 is connected by coupling with reduction gear drive. Rotary Г-shaped levers 9 are mounted in struts 18 secured to foundation. Delivery roller table 19 provides feed of rolled pieces to cooler. Valve-type charging apparatus 21 provides loading of racks of cooler. Run-out roller table 22 provides removal of cooled rolled bars. EFFECT: simplified design, lowered metal consumption, increased rigidity of cooler construction and its operational reliability. 4 dwg |
