This invention relates to the biotechnology of cells and immunology of veterinary. It can be utilized for the cultivation of the leucosis virus in animals. The culture of the cells of the lungs of a cow's embryo L-BLV is distinguished by a higher proliferation activity, than known cultivated lines of cells Mi and FLK. It grows very well in Russian production feeding mediums and serums. The culture can be produced in high quantities, in order to accumulate a significant amount of the virus, which is used as a component, for the production of the preparations of immune diagnostics and immune prevention, also for the research of the biology of the leucosis virus in animals and carrying out the comparative analysis of antigen attributes of the retroviruses. |
