PURPOSE: To obtain a thermosensible agent which has a long image retention period, a colorable hue of purplish black, and high sensitivity by preparing the thermosensible agent containing an imino compound a of specified structure and an aromatic isocyanate compound of a specified structure as main components. CONSTITUTION: A thermosensible agent is prepared which contains an imino compound expressed by the formula I (A is C=O, C=NH, X is an electron attractive group with Hammet's σ value (para) of +0.25 or greater, n is an integer of 1-4; when n is 2 or greater, X can be two kinds or more.) and an aromatic isocyanate compound expressed by the formula II (X is a halogen, an alkyl group, an aryl group, an alkoxyl group, a hydroxyl group, and an N,N-dialkylamino group; a, b, c are integers, 1<=a<=10, 0<=b<=9, 0<=c<=9, a+b+c=10; for 2<=b, X can be different from each other.) as main components. A coloring layer containing the thermosensible agent is laminated on a support to make a thermosensible recording sheet. |
