PURPOSE: To provide an electrostatic capacity type displacement measuring device for which electrode pattern formation and wiring assembly can easily be perform. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical body 12 is coaxially and rotatably arranged to a semi-cylindrical body 11 at a certain gap. An 8-transmission-electrode group 13 and a ring belt type receiving electrode 14 which is insulated therefrom are formed in the internal wall of the semi-cylindrical body 11. The transmission electrode group 13 and the receiving electrode 14 are integrally formed in FPC board 17 along with the lead wiring 15, 16, and FPC board 17 is pasted on the internal wall of the semi-cylindrical body 11. Coupled electrodes 18 which are opposed to so as to be capacity-coupled with the four electrodes among the transmission electrode group 13 and at the same time opposed to so as to be capacitively coupled with the receiving electrode 14 are formed on the outer surface of the cylindrical body 12. |
