PURPOSE: To enable a slave machine to receive the control signals without interference even in the case of transmission of control signals from plural master machines at the same timing by interruptedly transmitting the control signal having a slot constitution at intervals of a certain time and omitting this transmission at random. CONSTITUTION: With respect to the control signal transmitted from a master machine, about 625μzsec control signal of one slot is transmitted at a prescribed timing T1 , and thereafter, the control signal of the next slot is transmitted at a timing T2 after about 5msec. This transmission at timings T1 and T2 is repeated with about 250msec period. At this time, the master machine omits transmission of the control signal at the timing T2 at random based on random numbers generated in a communication control part. When the slave machine enters into the reception waiting state, the slave machine interruptedly receives the control signal from the master machine with about 1.5sec period; and if it cannot acquire the control signal, it processes reception or the control signal at the timing T2 . If it cannot acquire the control signal, it receives a control channel continuously for a prescribed time. Thus, the slave machine can receive the control signals without interference.
