PURPOSE: To eliminate leak of emitted light from the area other than the corresponding display holes by providing a light shading means between a first surface and a substrate in such a manner as transmitting the light emitted from a surface mounting light emitting element to the second surface of the panel only from the corresponding display holes. CONSTITUTION: A dummy chip 5 is provided between SMD type LED 1, 2. This dummy chip 5 is formed, for example, with a light shading plate such as a metal plate. The emitted lights of SMD LED 1, 2 pass to the side of external surface 4b of a cosmetic panel 4 through the corresponding display holes 4c, 4d as shown in 11a, 12a.
