PURPOSE: To obtain a thermoplastic resin composition improved in impact strength and weld tensile strength. CONSTITUTION: This composition contains 1-99 pts.wt. modified olefin resin (A) which is obtained by the graft polymerization of 100 pts.wt. olefin resin with 0.01-20 pts.wt. hydroxylatedα,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid ester monomer and 0.01-50 pts.wt. aromatic vinyl compound and particularly which has a residual hydroxyl content of 0.3 to 1.0, 99-1 pt.wt. saturated polyester (B), and an organic carboxylic acid salt (C) of a metal selected from among groups 1a and 2a metals in an among of 0.05-4 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. in total of components A and B.
