A THIN FILM AND THE MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR A USED CONDENSER

The thin film manufacturing method comprises the steps of: melting; cooling; and stretching of a polymer which is manufactured by putting a poros silica of 1.5-2.5 P with 0.01-0.15 mass% to the polymerization process of dimethyl-teraphtalate and ethylen glycol using a manganese or calcium compound as a catalyst. This film satisfies the condition of: 1.5= Smax/SRa= 2.5; having less than 150/mm2 of 0.05 Psized projections in surface illumination test; -20.2= ÓLmd= -0.05 and 3.5= ÓLtd= 6.0. in a TMA measurement.
