PURPOSE: To improve the inaccurate method of detecting the fact that the rota tional torque of a carrying means is increased when a cleaning container is full of toner, so as to detect a full state by providing a rotary carrying means such as a magnet roller in the vicinity of a conventional cleaning blade. CONSTITUTION: A magnet roller 16 attached to a magnet attaching plate 12 pressed with the toner filled the cleaning container 8, to be turned around a shaft 24 clockwise is provided to face the magnet roller 10. The magnet attaching plate 12 is energized counterclockwise by a spring 13, to be turned clockwise with the toner filled the cleaning container 8 against the spring force of the spring 13, so that the magnet 16 approaches the magnet roller 10. Since the ratio of the increase of torque by magnetic attracting force between the magnet 16 and the magnet roller 10 is higher than that of the torque of the spring 13, the magnet 16 suddenly approaches the magnet roller 10 and its rotational torque is rapidly increased. The rapid torque increase can be surely detected. |
