PURPOSE: A door closing speed controller including a second restricted flow path and a door closer are provided to independently control the speed at the door is opened and the just before it shut. CONSTITUTION: A door closing speed controller comprises a cylinder, a piston(32), a first room(36), a second room(34), a check valve(40), an inner pipe(42), an outer pipe(46), and a first restricted flow path. The piston is installed in the cylinder. The piston reciprocates between a first position and a second position to the axial direction. The cylinder is between the first room and the second room. The first room and the second room are located at the first position and the second position of the piston. The check valve is installed at a communication path(38). The communication path is formed through the piston to communicate the first room and the second room. The inner pipe passes through the inside the cylinder. The inner pipe is extended to the second room from the first room through the piston to the axial direction. The outer pipe is mounted to form an axial direction flow path between with the inner pipe. A first restricted flow path has the first flow path resistance by connecting the axial direction flow path with the one end unit of the inner pipe. |
